I recently came across an incredibly popular weight loss program called "The Truth About Abs". It claimed to help you burn away inches of fat and get you into great shape. This sounded to good to be true. A trusted friend of mine said its what greatly helped him and his wife get toned, so I decided to try it out. After evaluating the program I have come to a very surprising conclusion. Before we get to that though, lets read a little on what the site claims.
The below is an exert from the website;
"You'll also see the truth about why many so called "fitness experts" are having you do almost all of the WRONG exercises. If you really want to rid yourself of that ugly belly fat for good and get firm flat abs, you need to be focusing on an entirely different realm of workout techniques... and this does NOT involve hours of boring cardio every week!
In just a couple minutes, you can download and discover my entire system and learn what you've been doing wrong all of this time.
After most of my readers make these simple changes to their routines, they start seeing some of that nasty stomach fat slowly melting off after just a couple short weeks."
I can confirm that this is not an exaggeration. The program was so well put together I wish I could buy one hundred copies and send them to every other person who has ever tried to write a book on weight loss.
Between my friend, his wife, and me, we lost a total of 146 pounds. I can now see my abs! Yippe!
