One of the simplest tricks to losing weight and feeling better is eating smaller, healthier meals throughout the day. The problem with this is that people who are used to eating alot of unhealthy food randomly throughout the day have a hard time saying no to that unhealthy in between meal snack. Here are some great tricks to help you say no to picking up that cookie!
1. Chew Gum! 2.5 Calories.
Chewing gum is a great way to satisfy your tastebugs and convince your brain you dont need to eat more.
2. Drink a diet pop! 0 Calories.
While I dont recommend doing this alot due to the unhealthy artificial sweeteners, I guarantee you it wont hurt you near as much as that 400 calorie cupcake.
3. THROW THE JUNK FOOD AWAY.
I dont like wasting food. I hate it. But the junk food thats making your body terminally ill and greatly shortening your life isnt going to benefit anyone. The best way to get rid of the temptation is to throw it away. (or donate it to a local food drive)
