Over the past decade, much mysticism and confusion has built up over the topic of losing weight. While its by no means a walk in the park, its definitely not what most people make it out to be. Simply changing your diet to smaller portions and healthier food can shed a surprisingly amount of weight. Dont get me wrong, exercise is very important. Preforming an activity as simple as walking can greatly decrease your risk of heart attack and help you lose weight. Walking only a mile a day would burn an extra 36,500 a year. Exercise will be 25% of your success.
Losing 10 pounds a week is a very reachable goal, but it requires astounding commitment. You have to really want it to achieve this. But you can, and probably will, do it.
